Job Description

As a Consultant on our team, you will be responsible for mapping client workflows in their current state and documenting ideal future state leveraging ServiceTrade and their accounting system.  Ideally, you have an accounting and construction technology background, and are able to solve integration questions in a creative, resourceful manner.  We are looking for a candidate who has project management experience, customer service experience, excellent communications skills, is team-oriented and self-motivated.

Key Responsibilities and Activities
  • Engage with clients and consult on integration requirements pre and post sale
  • Document detailed scope of integrations between accounting systems and ServiceTrade
  • Work directly with clients through discovery, design, implementation, and training to configure ServiceTrade and their accounting system to meet their business needs
  • Consult on workflows and configurations that align with industry best practices
  • Collaborate with partners to deliver solutions
  • Support customers on issues related to their integration and work on a resolution
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, and other internal teams, to ensure successful client projects
Knowledge and Skills
  • At least 8 years of experience in an accounting function (ideally in SaaS environment)
  • Experience implementing construction accounting systems such as: Sage CRE, Sage 100, Sage 300, Foundation Software, Computerease, Viewpoint, or similar software
  • Track record of consulting engagements on workflows and configurations that create value for clients 
  • Technical experience designing integrations with accounting software
  • Quality-focused with an understanding of customer service, problem solving, documentation, analyzing information, and the ability to listen
  • Demonstrates ability to take on challenging customers and projects with ease
  • Can think analytically and collaborate with teams and clients
  • 25% travel is to be expected
