WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
● Support the Annual Planning process in developing a strategic framework to meet objectives for the FY in partnership with the Partner Program Manager and VP of Global Partner Ecosystem
Provide routine reporting on performance versus targets for the FY
Create dynamic financial models to aid in decision making (i.e. If we decide to do X, it’s going to cost us $X and yield $X of pipeline)
Use advanced data analysis capabilities to analyze performance trends across the partner ecosystem and develop analytical insights reports on key trends.
Create, standardize and operationalize a handover process for all outputs from the Ecosystem team to the Sales team
Project Management (Partner Ops Initiative Tracking)
Manage the internal use of Crossbeam
Manage the data hygiene on all Partner data in Salesforce (C1).
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
● Proficiency in SFDC
● Expert-level Excel
● Microsoft Office Suite proficiency is an essential skill.
● Minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is required. MBA preferred
● Minimum of 5 years of relevant Sales Operations experience is required. 8+ years of relevant experience is preferred.
● Ability to interface with all levels of employees, from the Executive level to the employee base
● Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
● Strong customer service orientation, analytical and problem-solving skills
● Excellent communication skills, written, interpersonal and presentation skills.
● Strong business acumen
● Software/SaaS Industry experience is desirable, but not required
Salary Range: $104K - $144K
