A little about the role…

We have a newly created role for a Growth Operations Lead to join our team in a role that will be performed remotely from Los Angeles or elsewhere in California. As we prepare for scale, this person will be responsible for core business operations for revenue-generation throughout the customer journey. This includes identifying growth opportunities and optimizing sales and marketing funnels to maximize return on spend across the functions.

The Growth Operations Lead will report directly into our Australian based CEO, and will support functional leaders to achieve revenue objectives. You will also be responsible for working closely with the broader Pladia team to ensure that the appropriate growth technology stack is deployed, growth analysis and reporting is standardized across the group, and market intelligence to make data-driven recommendations is available and harnessed.

This role will suit a generalist who is experienced across both sales and marketing operations, ideally gained within demonstrated early stage product environments.

You could be the one if you have…

  • Proven experience in Sales and Marketing Operations, Business Development, or Growth-related roles, with a strong operational focus, ideally gained within demonstrated early stage SaaS or B2B environments

  • Demonstrated success in creating and scaling sales and marketing enablement strategies, systems, and processes across cross-functional teams, including leadership and managing operational change

  • Advanced analytical skills, with a strong track record of using quantitative analysis to optimize operating metrics, particularly in revenue generation

  • A deep understanding of experimentation, combined with intellectual curiosity and a results-driven mindset to drive impact and innovation

  • Strong written communication, presentation, and public speaking abilities, with a knack for clearly conveying complex ideas

  • Experience working in agile software development environments

  • Proven ability to work effectively with global, remote teams across multiple time zones and cultures. This role will primarily overlap with our Australian based team

Base Salary Range: USD145 - 160K
