As a Senior Analyst I, you will be key in quantifying and communicating the value of Included Health to our clients. This position plays a crucial role within the Growth & Retention Insights team. Growth & Retention Insights consists of 5 team members. This team sits within the larger Insights for Business Excellence team that is part of the Business Acceleration Organization.
Some examples of things you might work on:Developing tailored reporting packages to support our business review and strategy meetings with a book of 2-4 clientsDiving deep into our data platform to answer client-centric performance and value questionsScaling insightful analyses to deliver to the market (e.g., to prospective clients, to consultants/brokers, etc.), supporting our growthPartnering with teams across the company to to support cross functional efforts like ensuring new product features and underlying data are incorporated into data pipelines and reporting workflows
We predominantly use SQL, Python, Looker, and Google Workspace tools to complete and share our work. We primarily use Jira, Confluence, Github, and Slack for communicating, collaborating, and managing our work and documentation. Zone A: $85,320 - $110,910 + equity + benefits
Zone B: $98,118 - $127,547 + equity + benefits
Zone C: $106,650 - $138,638 + equity + benefits
Zone D: $110,916 - $144,183 + equity + benefits

Starting base salary for the successful candidate will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include, but not limited to, education; training; skill set; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; business needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and alignment with geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and competitive compensation based on their roles and locations.
