Let's talk salary. The annual salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 based on your qualifications. We also offer a competitive benefits package and have fringe benefits offered throughout the year. The benefits package value ranges from $13,000 for a single employee, and up to $28,000 for an employee and their family. With company standard annual performance reviews in place, plus excellence awards for recognition, your performance will be rewarded and appreciated, we promise!

Due to the classification level of the projects we support, we are not able to offer fully remote opportunities at this time. As a Defense Contractor, we are frequently working with sensitive material, and therefore, we need to ensure where you access your work is secure. You will have your own new, shiny desk at one of our G2 Ops offices, plus the occasional opportunity to work on-site directly with our customers (this is a good thing!) We do allow teleworking with prior IT Department and manager approval. Here's the thing, we have worked very hard to create an awesome culture where our employees get to come to work!

Still not convinced? Allow us to elaborate. For this opportunity, we are seeking a highly motived, team-oriented Program Analyst. This exciting position will work directly with our Program Management Office (PMO) in a highly dynamic and complex environment. You will support our program and engineering management teams throughout the full contract life cycle, to include proposal development efforts, financial management during contract execution, and closeout. More specifically, you will support the project management team by compiling reports and interpreting financial data for project planning and performance, to include forecasting and margin analysis. You will collaborate with the project managers to develop plans and budgets, compile reports, and track project health and progress. Working closely with the other amazing members of the project support teams and back-office staff, you will help ensure that our project staff can focus on providing outstanding support to our clients by monitoring funding levels and status and providing critical business analysis. Being a self-starter, quick learner, and passionate about the needs of our customer is a number one priority.

Lastly, as we are working for the DoD, we are beholden to some requirements. The ideal candidate would already possess an active DoD Secret level clearance.
