About the Role
We are seeking a visionary Technical Director to join our elite team reporting to the Vice President of GTM. In this pivotal role, you'll have the unique opportunity to work directly with industry-leading customers tackling their most complex security challenges using our cutting-edge SASE & Data Security portfolio. This is your chance to be at the forefront of cybersecurity innovation, crafting solutions that protect some of the world's most critical digital assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with our global sales teams to drive the adoption of revolutionary security solutions as well as enabling field engineers and solution sellers and by developing vertical and segment specific sales plays and messaging.
- Develop and orchestrate complex playbooks for optimally positioning the Forcepoint portfolio for success with the field teams.
- Provide expert guidance & messaging on advanced security protocols, emerging compliance standards, zero trust architecture, and AI-driven threat detection using Forcepoint offerings
- Ensure that the solution is ready for global launch and execution - easy to demo, high impact POCs and competitively packaged.
- Collaborate with product marketing to be able to run demand generation campaigns by offering thought and content leadership via blogs, webinars etc. as needed.
- Develop programs for sales and channel enablement including technical enablement of SEs, solution VARs etc.
- Work with product managers to influence the roadmap and future innovation that aligns with market forces and customer needs.
- Define and execute the overall strategy for the Technology Alliance Program in alignment with company goals.
- Identify and prioritize potential technology partners that align with our product roadmap and go-to-market objectives
- Up to 25% travel required to meet customers, engage field teams at events etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on innovative network security and cloud technologies
- Prior background building security solutions either as a product manager or solutions SE is highly desirable.
- Deep expertise in SASE, zero trust architecture, and data security principles.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a track record of developing innovative solutions to complex security challenges
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of articulating sophisticated technical concepts to diverse audiences, from engineers to CISOs.
- Proven experience in solution architecture and high-stakes technical pre-sales roles
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of web proxies, SSL/TLS, zero trust, application security and SaaS observability.
- In-depth knowledge of DSPM technologies and their integration with SASE
- Expertise in API-driven security integration and cutting-edge security automation techniques
