MN, IA, KS - 100% Remote

Job Description:

In this role, you will manage and maintain various configurations, integrations, and custom elements of a key business system. You’ll collaborate with teams across different functions and work with external developers, offering technical guidance and training to ensure smooth system operations. Your contributions will be essential to support overall business success and growth.

 

This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in Minnesota, Iowa, or Kansas.

 

  • Manage and maintain system settings, custom workflows, and integrations.
  • Oversee and support system customizations and integrations to meet business needs (e.g., software such as RF-Smart, CPQ, or other key tools).
  • Handle user roles, permissions, security, and keep up with updates to system features and improvements.
  • Assist with importing and exporting data, ensuring data quality.
  • Develop and update reports, dashboards, workflows, and system fields.
  • Provide ongoing user support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct user training.
  • Work with various teams to optimize system configurations for business processes.
  • Document system settings, processes, and configurations.
  • Help with data analysis, process improvements, and simplification initiatives.
  • Collaborate with IT and development teams on system optimization and new development projects.
  • Participate in testing and ensure successful project implementations.


Position Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a system administration role.
  • Certification in the system's administration (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of system architecture, configuration, and customization.
  • Skilled in creating custom reports, workflows, and search features.
  • Experience with JavaScript, system scripting, and analytical tools.
  • Expertise in data migration, system integration, and third-party applications.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with teams to drive business success.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with strong values on teamwork and integrity.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
