Essential Duties

  • Drive awareness of business/compliance requirements across the organization.
  • Serve as a thought leader on creating/monitoring business processes that deliver value to customers, reduce product delivery risks, and promote organizational readiness across all business units.
  • Author and update internal and external documentation that improve our compliance position.
  • Provide project management leadership to cross-functional teams focused on efficiency goals.
  • Provide support as needed for daily, quarterly, and annual operations, especially during peak processing periods.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in information technology, accounting, business or similar discipline.
  • A passion for making a meaningful impact on the organization.
  • 7+ years of payroll and payroll tax experience
  • Above average problem-solving skills
  • Experience and knowledge around service bureau/bulk filer tax operations.
  • Excellent communication skills with proven ability to clearly communicate across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with lean and agile methodologies.


Compensation

The base range for this role is $90,000 - $93,000 annually depending upon level of experience.
