Just Right Reader is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Brand Ambassador to represent our company at key educational conferences and events across the nation. This individual will play a critical role in promoting Just Right Reader’s mission, products, and services to educators and administrators. The ideal candidate is personable, highly motivated, and has a passion for literacy and education.

What will you do?

  • Conference Representation: Act as the face of Just Right Reader at national and regional conferences, ensuring our brand is represented professionally and enthusiastically.
  • Booth Management: Manage Just Right Reader’s exhibit booth, ensuring it is always welcoming, organized, and stocked with necessary promotional materials.
  • Lead Generation & Engagement: Proactively engage with booth visitors to generate qualified leads, capture their information, and educate them about our products and services.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling demonstrations of Just Right Reader products, highlighting their benefits and how they support literacy development.
  • Event Coordination: Assist with the setup and breakdown of booth displays and manage logistics related to conference participation.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with conference attendees, including educators, school administrators, and decision-makers.
  • Reporting: Document and report on conference outcomes, including the number of leads collected, attendee feedback, and opportunities for follow-up.
  • Brand Promotion: Promote Just Right Reader through social media channels and other relevant platforms during conferences and events.
  • Travel Requirements: This position requires extensive travel (up to 70-80% of the time) to attend conferences and events across the country.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of work experience.
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement, preferably in the education or publishing sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Comfort with public speaking and presenting to small and large groups.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for literacy, education, and making a difference in the lives of students and educators.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with the education industry, including K-12 school systems.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and lead tracking tools.
