We are over 550 professionals and currently looking for a Creative Director.

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and visionary Creative Director to lead our brand design and web design efforts. The Director will be responsible for defining and maintaining the visual identity of our brand, overseeing all design projects, and ensuring cohesive and compelling creative outputs across all channels. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, leadership, and hands-on design skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Design: Develop and maintain the visual identity and brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Creative Strategy: Collaborate with marketing, product, and executive teams to create and execute creative strategies that drive brand growth and engagement.
  • Design Oversight: Lead the design team in the creation of visually stunning and effective designs for websites, social media, advertising, print materials, and more.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into compelling visual solutions.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging design technologies to keep our brand at the forefront of innovation.
  • Quality Control: Review and approve design materials to ensure they meet brand standards and project goals.
  • Budget Management: Manage the design budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Creative Director, Design Director, or similar role in the B2B technology space.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand design and website design.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and Figma.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute creatively.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design best practices.
  • Experience with motion graphics and video production.
