Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager- Healthcare with a strong background in healthcare economics, program reimbursements, and a deep understanding of CMS strategies. The ideal candidate will lead the development of new healthcare products, focusing on improving health outcomes and leveraging telehealth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Development:
- Develop and manage products that align with CMS national quality strategies and health outcomes metrics.
- Identify opportunities for new product features based on CMS telehealth CPT codes and strategies.
- Research & Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform product design and functionality.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure product alignment and successful launches.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define product requirements and user stories.
- Leadership & Strategy:
- Provide leadership in problem-solving and strategic decision-making processes.
- Act as the primary liaison for product-related queries and communications within the organization.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in product management within the healthcare domain.
- Proven experience with healthcare economics, program reimbursements, and CMS guidelines.
- Strong understanding of healthcare technology, telehealth solutions, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in product management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams.
