Lead functional and technical workshops. Demonstrate leadership skills in designing Salesforce solutions, including data modeling, security, and performance considerations.
Expertise in User Journey preparations, User Story reviews, Data Modeling, Apex Design Patterns, LWC, Salesforce integration patterns (REST, SOAP, Bulk APIs) and other modern UI techniques.
Manage business stakeholder’s expectations and collaborate with them to negotiate solutions to complex problems.
Build out sophisticated business processes using native Salesforce technology and the toolkit of the Force.com platform and integration tools.
Highlight and manage risk areas in the solution in a proactive manner, and commit to seeing an issue through to completion.
Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations in Salesforce applications.
Create and maintain architectural documentation, technical specifications, and solution design documents.
Oversee code quality and best practices through regular code reviews and feedback.
Coach and mentor junior technical team members.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
Experience with release management, source control, and deployment technologies such as CI/CD pipelines, Metadata API, and integration services
Awareness of platform-specific design considerations such as large data volumes, allocation limits, and data migration
Salesforce integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools.
Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solution.
Additional Salesforce.com experience includes Workflow Alerts and Actions, and Approval Workflow.
Expertise in Salesforce/Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, Lightning, LWC, and experience with modern web and mobile technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web Components, others)
Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and other platforms.
Salesforce Certification:
Must Have: Salesforce PD2, Salesforce Admin, Salesforce Platform App Builder
Preferred: Salesforce Application Architect or Salesforce Solution Architect
Proficient in using Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, Gearset, Git, and CI/CD tools.
Desired Attributes
Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and technology trends.
Project Management: Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira).
Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes and how Salesforce can enhance operational efficiency.
Additional Skills
Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and decision-making skills.
DevOps Practices: Familiarity with DevOps practices and methodologies in Salesforce development.
Cloud Technologies: Experience with other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) is a plus.
Data Migration: Experience with data migration tools and strategies for seamless transitions to Salesforce.
