Depending on location this may be a hybrid position (2 days in office) if you are within 50 miles of the following locations: Boston MA, Portsmouth NH, Seattle WA, Indianapolis IN, Columbus OH, Plano TX.

Job Summary

As a member of the Global Brand and Communications team, you will bring your strong creative skills to help develop strategic, creative concepts and direct the visual style for work typically of larger scope and complexity. With a focus on directing design elements across digital, video, print and social channels, you will collaborate across the extended Enterprise Creative team (Production, Studio and Operations), as well as with other colleagues, to guide a cohesive vision that resonates with target audiences. As a key resource for other team members, you will provide guidance and direction throughout the development of the work to drive successful end results.

Job Responsibilities

  • Leverages strong creative skills to develop strategic, creative concepts to resonate with target audiences and align with brand and business objectives
  • Directs visual elements for projects to reflect the conceptual vision
  • Contributes to a collaborative environment by communicating and guiding a cohesive vision across disciplines of the extended Enterprise Creative team
  • Manages multiple projects simultaneously, addresses issues and ensures due dates and budgets are met
  • Shares best practices, industry examples and emerging trends to inspire team members and elevate the work
  • Reviews ideas generated by other team members and provides feedback and guidance

Qualifications

  • Background in design, art, film, or similar profession
  • Proven record of original, innovative thinking
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience across channels: print, digital, mobile, web
  • Excellent ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree or related experience/education in fine art, visual communications or similar
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of related experience
