JOB DESCRIPTION
Oracle Argus suite is industry leading Pharmacovigilance platform used by majority of leading pharmaceutical companies and CROs across the globe.
As a member of the Oracle Argus Product Management team, you will be expected to interact with customers, understand their requirements and pain points, demonstrate our products and solutions to them. You will be expected to collaborate with cross functional global teams at Oracle, define new product requirements based on customer and market assessment, and get them developed via product SDLC.
Skills and Experience Required:
- 10+ years software industry experience on enterprise level web applications, preferably cloud solutions.
- 5+ years software product management experience.
- Strong experience and skills in directly working with customer, handling customer communications effectively, managing their expectations from product management perspective.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
- Demonstrated ability to deeply understand customers’ pain points, collect customer requirements and translate them into product features for successful customer adoption.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with members across various departments and time zones within Oracle like development, testing, documentation, data science, UI/UX, implementation, cloud deployment, pre-sales, etc.
- Highly self-motivated to work on tasks independently, while working in a fast-paced environment. Must be sharp, energetic, and results-oriented; able to prioritize dynamically on parallel moving threads, negotiate and focus in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Personal traits including integrity, assertiveness, confidence, dedication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
- Degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Management or related IT/technical field is required.
- Experience in Pharmacovigilance and associated global regulations like 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA, GxP guidelines, GDPR, ICSR reporting requirements for drugs, devices, vaccines, combination products from US, EU, Japan, China, etc. is preferred.
- Experience with Oracle Argus Suite or competing Pharmacovigilance solutions is preferred.
- Experience of working with Agile SDLC is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Interact with client users and internal experts to gather business, functional & non-functional requirements, customer pain-points and improvements for the product.
- Conduct and participate in workshops, webinars, pilots, and user group meetings with clients for capture, demo, and review of existing and upcoming product requirements & features.
- Author and review software product requirements, wireframes, UI/UX flows, SDLC documentation like Product Requirement Documents, Regulatory Assessment Documents, Release Notes, User Guides, non-SDLC documents like best practices documents, knowledge base articles, whitepapers, etc.
- Author, maintain and prioritize the software product requirements in JIRA and Confluence.
- Groom the product requirements with development and testing teams as part of Agile SDLC for the product.
- Perform business testing of newly developed features.
- Collaborate and guide internal development, testing and documentation teams throughout internal SDLC.
- Issue / bug prioritization & management in JIRA and internal Bug Database.
- Collaborate with development and data science teams for conducting Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for research and feasibility assessments of new ideas and technologies.
- Deliver enablement sessions & trainings to external teams like implementation, customer support and pre-sales, on new product releases.
- Support pre-sales and implementation activities for the product via client demos, presentations, RFP responses, BETA testing, pilot projects, etc.

US: Hiring Range: from $87,600 - $199,500 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
