Job Title: Video Editor
Location:
Remote (CST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 1200 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Video Editor to create short-form video content for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter/X. The role involves editing long-form content, adding captions, b-roll, and text, and coordinating the posting of content. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut, and have the ability to repurpose long-form content for social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit short-form video content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter/X.
  • Repurpose long-form YouTube, webinar, and podcast footage into short-form content.
  • Add cuts, captions, b-roll, and text to videos.
  • Coordinate posting of content on various social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the manager via Slack to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut.
  • Ability to learn and work with tools like CapCut.
  • Experience in editing for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with the team.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp.
  • Experience working with Slack for team collaboration.
