As part of the growth of our activities in Germany and as Sales Manager, your main objective will be to generate new business opportunities ( (independent Hotels and Reginonal chains) and increase D-EDGE's sales. You'll have the opportunity to manage the entire sales process, from qualification to closing!
🎯 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: Develop a sustained pipeline by actively prospecting via cold-calls, marketing lead follow-up, professional relationships to independently close contracts at a close frequency and value to meet or exceed the regional sales targetsDevelop and maintain relationships with key customer contacts. If the situation permits, you will be on the road most of the week and need to be comfortable to spend several nights per week in a hotelEffectively and independently deliver D-EDGE value proposition, perform sales presentations and demonstrationsDevelop, write, and deliver value-based sales proposals and respond to client RFP’sNegotiate contracts and close dealsAppropriately engage management and staff in the sales cycle and provide on-going feedback to other areas of the organizationConsistently and regularly use salesforce to provide timely and accurate forecasting and reporting of activityDevelop a strong technical baseline through trainingParticipate in Trade Fairs and sales seminars; ⭐WHAT YOU’VE GOT:The job has been tailored for you if: 🦄
German Native and fluent in English Minimum 3 years experience in a software or SaaS company for the hospitality industryDemonstrated sales track record in meeting or exceeding assigned individual quota, including a proven track record of new business salesPrevious experience using SalesForceStrong cold calling skills: you should be comfortable calling directly into an organization and seeking out decision-makers for our products and servicesStrong negotiation skillsTeamwork oriented, and a willingness to work to the benefit of othersDemonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver on commitments Tech-savvyCustomer focused, independent, sense of responsibility and target focusedFrequent travel is required
