Job Title: Insurance Service Professional - Retention Specialist - Remote | WFH

Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Insurance Service Professional to join our team as a Retention Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our clients receive outstanding service, fostering long-lasting relationships, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction. Your expertise in insurance will empower clients to appreciate the value of their coverage, ultimately reducing client churn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with existing clients to guarantee their ongoing satisfaction.
  • Proactively engage with clients to evaluate their needs, address concerns, and offer effective solutions.
  • Assist in protecting customers by recommending additional insurance products tailored to their needs.
  • Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
  • Educate prospective clients on safeguarding their families and assets through appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and refine service offerings.
  • Develop and execute retention strategies to minimize churn and bolster client loyalty.
  • Conduct semi-annual reviews for insured clients during the renewal period.

Required Skills

  • Prior experience in the insurance industry is essential. Candidates without a Property & Casualty Insurance License will not be considered.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in customer service, account management, or client retention roles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and follow through on commitments.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is preferred.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
