Job Title: Senior Manager, Customer Solutions - Remote

Job Overview

We are in search of accomplished sales professionals to partner with our Utility Partner in spearheading pioneering energy efficiency initiatives for commercial and industrial clients. This role is essential to our growth strategy and requires fostering robust customer relationships, identifying project opportunities, and coordinating efforts with both our partner's and our internal teams to craft and deliver persuasive project proposals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue leads for our Utility Partner’s energy efficiency program through collaboration with customers and internal teams.
  • Lead the design and presentation of energy efficiency and electrification projects, ensuring customer requirements are addressed throughout the process.
  • Manage the negotiation and execution of contracts.
  • Develop, oversee, and forecast sales strategies with the goal of meeting or exceeding designated quotas.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring consistent communication and high customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, sharing valuable insights with the team.

Required Skills

  • 5-10 years of sales experience within the utilities or energy sectors.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the capacity to adapt to various audiences.
  • Self-motivated individual with a growth mindset, demonstrating strong judgment and the ability to juggle multiple projects effectively.
  • Proven capability to excel in ambiguous situations and make sound decisions based on incomplete information.
