Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Business Process Consultant specializing in Finance and Supply Chain to join our dynamic and innovative team. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise to streamline processes and deliver exceptional value to clients, driving their success through our advanced platform and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Source to Pay (S2P), focusing on procurement, supplier management, and accounts payable, guiding clients in optimizing their operations.
• Lead initiatives in process definition, re-engineering, and enhancement to help clients achieve strategic business objectives.
• Advise clients on maximizing the potential of our platform’s capabilities for S2P optimization.
• Facilitate workshops and deliver tailored solutions focused on process design and implementation.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to capture requirements and transform them into actionable strategies, producing clear and user-friendly documentation.
• Advocate for customer needs throughout the engagement, ensuring they derive maximum benefit from our solutions.
• Act as a knowledge leader, providing training and support to both clients and internal team members.
• Work within a collaborative environment and be prepared for occasional travel to engage with customers (up to 25% annually).
  
  

Required Skills

• A minimum of 5 years of consulting experience working with complex, global organizations.
• At least 3 years of specific expertise in Source to Pay processes.
• Proven ability to influence and advise diverse stakeholders, offering clear and innovative solutions to business challenges.
• Comprehensive understanding of S2P functional areas including procurement, supplier management, and accounts payable and their interrelations.
• Successful track record in designing and implementing forward-thinking S2P processes across people, processes, and technology.
• Familiarity with leading industry S2P systems and tools such as Procurify, Ariba, and Coupa.
• Proficient in converting business needs into actionable plans, including user stories for Agile development methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong presentation and facilitation capabilities.
• Experience in delivering technology-driven, knowledge-oriented services and support.
• Ability to analyze data and propose solutions that align with business goals.
