Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of pharmacy, patient, and provider data to guide strategic product decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to automate workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop comprehensive data models that facilitate rapid, data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Optimize driver data analytics to refine hiring practices, performance evaluation, and retention strategies.
  • Create and manage dashboards that monitor the success of product initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of data-centricity through cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Assess the effectiveness of initiatives and leverage data for ongoing improvement.
  • Identify enhancements in procurement, inventory management, and fulfillment processes to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Streamline processes through the development of automated data pipelines.
  • Generate clear and actionable reports using SQL and data modeling tools.
  • Analyze market dynamics and engage in demand forecasting and inventory planning to support growth.
  • Act as a thought partner in brainstorming sessions with Product, Research, Engineering, and Operations to elevate patient and provider experiences.
