Job Overview

Join us as a Project Manager in the Manufacturing & Supply Chain sector, working remotely for a prestigious Fortune 100 construction equipment manufacturer. This 12-month contract position offers an exciting opportunity to optimize operations and empower teams within a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead and implement projects aimed at enhancing tool crib storage and workflow efficiency, making data-driven decisions.
  • Utilize advanced Excel capabilities (including pivot tables and vlookups) to analyze extensive data sets (over 30,000 entries) for improvement insights.
  • Employ tools such as SQL, Microsoft Power Query, or Power BI to derive deeper analytical perspectives from data.
  • Lead, inspire, and coach the crib team by delegating responsibilities and supporting their projects to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Foster effective collaboration across various organizational levels, nurturing a productive and positive workplace atmosphere.
  • Clearly articulate project objectives, progress updates, and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities to motivate and guide team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL, Microsoft Power Query, or Power BI is preferred.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related discipline is required.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in supervising or managing employees in industrial or warehouse settings (including internships).
