This is a remote position.


Job/Internship Title: Management Trainee – BD                  
Location: Work from home 

Shift Timings: Night Shift (9pm - 6am)

Qubit Capital is an AI-driven matchmaking platform that connects startups with investors worldwide. Our platform uses data analysis to match the right investors with startups seeking funding. We aim to simplify the fundraising process for startups and investors by providing a seamless and efficient platform. We support clients right from the documentation stage till the deal closure. Our current focus market is the USA, Europe, UK, India and the surrounding regions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and respond to inbound client inquiries from email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach and other marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and professional communication.

  • Draft tailored, persuasive emails and LinkedIn messages to engage prospects and qualify leads.

  • Collaborate closely with the pre-call team and sales closers to ensure seamless lead handover.

  • Track and update the status of leads in the CRM(Hubspot), ensuring leads are properly categorized and moved through the pipeline.

  • Assist in monitoring and analyzing performance metrics of inbound campaigns, providing insights to enhance engagement and conversion rates.

  • Engage in regular follow-ups with prospects to ensure successful scheduling of calls with the Business Development team 

  • Maintain a high level of responsiveness, ensuring that inquiries are addressed within the agreed-upon timeframes.

  • Participate in team discussions to refine outreach strategies, improve response rates, and optimize lead to call conversion processes.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, investor requirements, and fundraising strategies to effectively communicate value propositions during early-stage interactions with prospects.



Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or related fields.

  • Demonstrated academic excellence and a strong interest in the financial services/fintech sector.

  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.

  • Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, team-centric environment with a proactive mindset.
