Job Overview

As a dedicated Mental Health Therapist, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic services primarily through telehealth modalities. Your role will encompass conducting intakes, assessments, and therapy sessions, while ensuring meticulous documentation is maintained. This fully remote position allows for a flexible work schedule, enabling you to focus on both your professional growth and the well-being of clients. A valid licensure in the State of Massachusetts is a prerequisite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver evidence-based treatment to a diverse clientele.
  • Facilitate a range of mental health services tailored to individual recovery journeys via telehealth video or telephone sessions.
  • Conduct comprehensive intakes and provide individual, group, and family therapy as needed.
  • Perform mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services.
  • Ensure timely and precise documentation in accordance with Federal, State, and organizational guidelines.

Qualifications

  • A Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Valid LICSW and LMFT licenses in the State of Massachusetts (MA).
  • A minimum of 1 year of pertinent experience.
  • Availability for full-time work.
