JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensures completeness of design data, manufacturing instructions, process steps, and other references needed for smooth production flow related to electrical systems and ATP

  • Conducts contract readiness for electrical systems before program start.

  • Introduce new electrical tooling to ease electrical assembly

  • Support ATP Engr in the completion of ATP document for each program

  • Support ATP Engr from procurement to creating ATP Tester

  • Able to adjust to non-routine situations to support line as manufacturing engineer

  • Perform manufacturing processes documentation

  • Raise electrical related design issue to engineering mother site to solve manufacturing pains until closure

  • Create rework instruction to solve non confirming parts via approved documentation

  • Implement process improvement especially related to electrical systems and sub assemblies

  • Prepares plans, process specifications, production aids and assembly fixtures

  • Support process studies and define work standards to support manufacturing operations

  • Implements process sustainability measures

  • Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering preferably Electrical, Electronics and electrical related fields

  • A working knowledge on the principle of electrical process control, process improvement and manufacturing.

  • A results-oriented employee who sets challenging goals and achieves results, whilst prioritizing tasks and overcoming obstacles.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas and information clearly at all levels. Has the ability to adapt style and listens to and validates different opinions.
