The Role:

This is an opportunity for a talented Project Manager/Scrum Master to join our growing Tech Holding family. If you are a self-starter and a team-player who is ready to take charge of technical teams and help exceed our clients expectations, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives).
Manage and maintain Jira boards, ensuring accurate tracking of work and facilitating team collaboration.
Support release management, ensuring smooth delivery of product increments and working closely with engineering teams.
Drive process improvements within the teams, helping to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for greater efficiency.
Guide the engineering teams in adopting agile best practices and values, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Work closely with the Web Platform team, with the opportunity to expand support to a second team over time (likely Martech: CRM, data analytics, pixels and cookies, paid media, advertising).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and execution timelines.
9 am-6 pm ET working hours

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master (4-5 years), must be a certified scrum master, ideally within a fast-moving startup or agile environment.
Strong knowledge of Scrum frameworks and agile principles.
Proficiency with Jira or similar project management tools for tracking and managing sprints.
Demonstrated experience in leading process changes and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Interest and/or experience in e-commerce is preferred.
Experience in supporting multiple teams is a plus, especially in areas like Martech (CRM, data analytics, paid media, and advertising).
Must be able to work 9 am-6 pm ET working hours
