We are currently searching for a DC Engineer:

Responsibilities:

Provide production support within a team structure.
Manage incidents and triage issues effectively.
Utilize Control-M for job scheduling and monitoring.
Work with Unix environments and Oracle SQL to resolve technical issues.
Ensure excellent communication with the team and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Experience in a production support role.
Strong knowledge of Unix and Oracle SQL.
Proficiency in Incident Management and problem-solving.
Familiarity with Control-M for job control and scheduling.
Excellent communication skills.

Languages

Advanced Oral English.
Native Spanish.

Note:

Hybrid (Monterrey or Saltillo).
