We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Project Administrator to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing project strategies, managing operational processes, and ensuring the timely delivery of project results. Your expertise in project management within the tech marketing field will be pivotal in driving project success and maximizing outcomes.

Responsibilities

Execute strategies and deliver specific tasks based on overall program design and planning
Organize internal program operations and processes to streamline efficiency and effectiveness
Develop project plans and track progress to ensure timely delivery
Support the Marketing Manager in managing external vendors and suppliers
Assist in the creation and management of marketing assets
Manage communication with various internal and external teams to build and foster relations and collaborations
Collect and analyze marketing data and track success metrics
Source success stories
Prepare reports and presentations with main findings and recommendations

Requirements

2+ years of program or project management experience in the tech marketing field
Proficiency in structuring processes and excellent coordination skills
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders
Experience in creating various communications such as newsletters, invitations, and social media posts
Competency in managing social media platforms, including content creation, campaign execution, and metrics analysis
Knowledge of marketing best practices and trends
Intermediate to advanced skills in Google Spreadsheets or Microsoft Excel including data handling, dashboard creation, and marketing data analysis
Capability to work independently and as part of a team
English Level Writing/Speaking C1
