Job description

Job Overview

We are seeking dynamic individuals with a leadership approach to excel in Data Analytics and IT Service Solution sales (excluding IT product sales, networking, or infrastructure). The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong consultative sales expertise in Data Analytics while fostering relationships with senior stakeholders across various sales functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain senior-level connections with diverse stakeholders within the sales domain, including Sales Directors, Modern Trade Heads, and Channel Directors.
  • Leverage experience in IT services sales to advance business opportunities.
  • Take ownership of the business plan, encompassing financial targets, proposal submissions, and pipeline management.
  • Exhibit a solid functional understanding of IT Services.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle by expanding existing client portfolios and proactively identifying new sales prospects based on client strategies.
  • Collaborate continuously with sales leadership, industry heads, and delivery teams to ensure effective lead management and information sharing.
  • Engage confidently with a wide range of decision-makers, demonstrating credibility and influence.
  • Develop impactful case studies and client testimonials, and represent the company at client and external industry events.
  • Guide the team in achieving sales targets, ensuring visibility of opportunities and risks while maintaining a robust pipeline and proposal tracking system.
  • Negotiate effectively with senior clients, linking the company’s value proposition to pricing to address objections.
  • Assume full accountability for business planning and execution.
