Hi There, This is Dara from CI&T! I am a Talent Analyst looking for people in Colombia for a Senior QA Engineer Position to work on a project in the construction industry.
Mission:
We are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to be part of our team and work with a significant US customer. In this position, you'll ensure and evolve the quality of multiple systems, working closely with teams in the USA and Brazil. You need advanced and/or fluent proficiency in English to communicate with these different teams during the workday.
Requirements for this challenge:
- Full understanding of the Test Pyramid and how to materialize it as testing strategy;
- Solid experience in test planning strategies;
- Solid experience writing test cases/scenarios;
- Solid experience in test automation;
- Experience working in a mature DevOps environment, with continuous integration and continuous delivery;
- Experience working closely with the client to understand the business requirements and scenarios to be tested;
- Willingness to work with different technologies and learn every day;
- Ability to share your knowledge with more junior team members;
- Advanced English.
You will stand out if you have:
- Experience with front-end test automation tools like Cypress;
- Experience with BDD with Gherkin and some tool which supports it like Cucumber;
- Experience with performance testing;
- Experience in monitoring and pulling quality metrics and software coverage evolution.
