Job Title: Transaction Coordinator - Real Estate
Location:
Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 1500 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST)

About the Company:

We are a dynamic real estate investment company dedicated to providing exceptional service and results. Our team specializes in property acquisition, management, and mortgage refinancing processes. We're looking for an assertive, highly organized, and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Transaction Coordinator.

Position Overview:

The Transaction Coordinator plays a critical role in managing the flow of real estate transactions. This includes overseeing onboarding for new properties, managing the offboarding of sold properties, and coordinating refinance processes. You will actively communicate with external parties and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the onboarding process for new properties, ensuring all documentation and communication with stakeholders are coordinated.
  • Oversee the offboarding process for sold properties, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Coordinate and follow up on refinancing processes to ensure steps are completed within deadlines.
  • Communicate proactively with lenders, attorneys, title companies, and other external partners.
  • Follow SOP workflows for all processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Track deadlines, submit documentation, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Provide regular updates to management on process status and report any delays.
  • Assist in resolving any issues during onboarding, offboarding, or refinance processes.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience in managing multiple transactions and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets).
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to follow checklists and SOPs.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Knowledge of real estate transactions and terminology.
  • Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools.
