You'll be responsible for

  • Managing workflows for new business, renewals, and endorsements to ensure quality delivery of products and services.

  • Cultivating relationships within a designated portfolio, focusing on underwriting private insurance within authority limits.

  • Providing tailored solutions based on available information to meet client needs.

  • Aligning business offerings with divisional objectives, balancing growth and profitability.

  • Identifying new business opportunities and enhance conversion rates while maximizing retention of preferred accounts.

About you

  • Experience in operational, private, or commercial underwriting within a complex general insurance organization.

  • Strong planning and prioritization skills to manage tasks and competing demands effectively.

  • Comprehensive understanding of regulatory and legislative compliance impacting the organization.

  • Proven analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and provide insightful solutions.
