Job description

We are looking for an Ssr Full Stack Developer (React/Node) for an IT company. You'll be assigned to a project for a major European institution.

Responsabilities:

Development of the open source project, including the core service
(NodeJS), the backend API (NodeJS/Express), the frontend UI (NextJS/React).
Infrastructure to facilitate end to end testing, building of container
images and software packages, and releases.
Client tooling and configuration for the various data shippers.
Configuration, security, and performance improvements of the
various bundled services, with a specific focus on RedPanda.
Writing and maintaining documentation.

Requirements:

English C1 (mandatory).
Experience with frontend (React) and backend (NodeJS) development.
Good understanding of the deployment of web-based microservices, including containers, networking, certificate (authorities), REST APIs, reverse proxies(Traefik).
Good understanding of automation tools to allow managing infrastructure at scale, including Terraform and Ansible.
Good understanding of version control with git and source code hosting on GitHub.
Familiarity with cloud providers, in particular Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure.
Experience contributing to or maintaining of an open source project is a plus.
Experience with streaming data, in particular RedPanda (or Kafka) is a plus.
Experience with development in Go is a plus.
Experience with observability is a plus.

Location: The work is to be performed remotely (only candidates based in Europe).
