What You'll Do:
  • Manage the end-to-end implementation of compensation plan designs within Xactly, from gathering business requirements to annual redesigns, addressing exceptional situations, and continuously enhancing Xactly Incent and Connect configurations for efficiency.
  • Utilize extensive Xactly experience to maintain current processes while developing new automations, streamlining workflows, and identifying and executing projects independently to improve system functionality.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Compensation team to manage the Xactly instance, support ongoing processes, and drive automation and system improvement projects using Xactly Connect.
  • Handle process change requests from business partners and the Sales Compensation team, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Review and assess plan designs for feasibility and effective implementation within Xactly.
  • Work closely with the project manager on quarterly SOX requirements, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
  • Develop strong working relationships with adjacent teams, acting as a trusted partner in problem-solving and decision-making. Present cases for decision-making and build consensus at the team level.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, working with management to plan performance and development strategies for the team. Provide first-line support for job tasks and initial mentoring.
What We're Looking For:
  • 5-7 years of experience implementing incentive compensation systems, with a focus on Xactly.
  • Proven track record in technical roles involving rules configuration, data integration with SFDC and Workday, result analysis, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
  • Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across different functions.
  • Conceptual and practical expertise in incentive compensation systems, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
