About job

We are looking for an experienced SAP FI-CO Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of experience in support roles and at least 3 full implementation projects. The role involves providing support in a time and material-based project, ensuring efficient system functionality and addressing client needs within the SAP FI-CO modules.

Responsibilities

1. Provide Functional Support: Offer day-to-day support for SAP FI-CO modules, troubleshooting and resolving system issues in a timely manner.
2. Monitor System Performance: Continuously monitor the SAP environment to identify and address performance issues, ensuring smooth operation for users.
3. Handle Configuration Changes: Make necessary adjustments to the SAP FI-CO configuration based on user requirements and business needs.
4. Assist in Issue Resolution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.
5. User Training and Documentation: Provide training and support to end-users, creating clear documentation for recurring issues and solutions.

Requirements

1. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FI-CO support with at least 3 full implementation projects.
2. Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of SAP FI-CO configuration, processes, and troubleshooting techniques.
3. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to quickly diagnose and resolve system issues.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with users and cross-functional teams.
5. Adaptability: Ability to handle time and material-based support projects, managing multiple issues and priorities efficiently.
