Job Overview

Join the esteemed Compass Health Network as an Outpatient Nurse, where your expertise will be pivotal in providing exceptional care to our communities. This role is designed for professionals passionate about running a Medication Clinic and serving as a case manager. You will work closely with Clinical Doctors and Customer Relations Specialists to ensure our clients receive the highest quality of care. This full-time position operates on a Monday through Friday schedule, with the possibility of rotating weekends, based primarily out of our St. Robert office, while providing coverage at the Cuba office on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate the medication clinic effectively.
  • Cross-train to provide support in other clinics and regions, with travel arranged by the Supervisor.
  • Collaborate with clients to review medication education forms and assess their refill needs.
  • Complete all necessary documentation for the medication clinic and psychiatric consultations within the EHR.
  • Administer intramuscular medications and maintain accurate logs of received and dispensed medications.
  • Assist with prior authorizations and manage the injection list, ensuring orders are current and discussing any potential side effects.
  • Conduct vital sign assessments for every client, coordinating pre-diabetes screening as required.

Qualifications
