Key responsabilities:
- Act as primary point of contact for customers.
- Manage the customer service cycle from order to billing.
- Create and manage Waste Information Profiles (WIPs).
- Coordinate pickup requests and confirm dates with customers.
- Handle ticket errors and work on invoicing.
