About the Role: A leading costs firm specializing in clinical negligence and personal injury claims iscurrently seeking a skilled Costs Draftsman to join their team on a fully remote basis. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while handling a caseload of clinical negligence and personal injury claims, focusing on drafting bills of costs and utilizing CostMaster software.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of clinical negligence and personal injury claims.
Draft bills of costs and other relevant legal documents accurately and efficiently.
Utilize CostMaster software to facilitate cost drafting processes.
Liaise with solicitors, clients, and other stakeholders as necessary to gather information and resolve queries.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Maintain organized records of cost drafting activities and communicate progress effectively.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Costs Draftsman, with specific experience in clinical negligence and personal injury claims.
Proficiency in drafting bills of costs and other legal documents.
Experience using CostMaster software for cost drafting.
