Job Description

  • This is a Hybrid position requiring 3 days/week in our Marietta, GA office.
  • Follows up on inquiry calls; respond to specific client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Provides training to colleagues on programs and processes.
  • Serve as primary point of contact between Client Program Team and assigned client contacts.
  • Maintains up to date knowledge on client programs and trends.
  • Ensure Program Requirements are clearly documented, communicated, and updated throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with Operations, Support Services, Quality Assurance, Sales, Business Development and other affiliated stakeholders to ensure that clients experience superior service.
  • Participate in client discussions related to their testing, audits, inspections and other service needs and program development, onboarding and delivery.
  • Support quarterly business reviews, corrective action plans, and client projects.
  • Follow up on inquiry calls; respond to specific client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Pro-actively communicate with clients in a professional and clear manner.

  • Total Rewards: The salary range for this position is $70,000. - $85,000. and is based upon years of experience that is commensurate with the level of the position.
  • All employees at UL Solutions are eligible for annual bonus compensation. The target for this position is 10% of the base salary offered. Employees are eligible for health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental & financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country, for the relevant position level.
  • We also provide employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).

Qualifications

  • General degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Experience or interest in Sustainability
  • Familiarity with testing, audits, inspections within the Testing, Inspection and Certification industry.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated written, oral and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of in-house staff and clients.
  • Must be able to identify problems and offer workable solutions.
