Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Incentive Compensation (IC) Associate. In this role, you will work closely with the client as a consultant to support all components of incentive compensation design and implementation. This role will use an understanding of corporate, product strategy and operational / compliance constraints to deliver the IC plan best drive desirable behavior and produce performance. The associate also supports on all IC related ad hoc analytics and field reporting.

This is a remote position. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective incentive compensation (IC) plans for the sales field, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with regulations. 

  • Utilize SQL and advanced Excel skills to analyze sales data, evaluate performance metrics, and generate insightful reports for sales operations and management. 

  • Assist in call planning and targeting strategies by leveraging data-driven insights and market intelligence to optimize sales force effectiveness. 

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in commercial operations, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions. 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Life Sciences, etc.). 

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial operations within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on IC design and operations or call plan and targeting. 

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes. 

  • Knowledge of call planning and targeting methodologies, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize sales force effectiveness. 

  • Experience with sales force automation tools and systems. 

  • Good understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements. 

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. 

  • Effective communication and presentation skills. 

  • Proactive, highly motivated and good work ethic. 

  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. 

Good to have: 

  • Proficiency in Tableau/ Power BI for data visualization and reporting. 

  • Experience with Alteryx for data blending and advanced analytics. 

  • Familiarity with SAS for statistical analysis and modeling.
