Job description

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to support our client in the pharmaceutical sector. This is a second-shift position designed to align with the USA market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, and support of dynamic, multilingual email campaigns, as well as troubleshooting and incident management.


Your tasks

  • Develop, implement, and document dynamic, multi-language email campaigns
  • Monitor, analyze, and resolve issues related to email delivery
  • Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Troubleshoot platform integration issues, contact management, segmentation, email rendering, and deliverability
  • Provide incident support according to established SLAs, resolving issues and preventing recurrence


Requirements

  • Fluent English
  • Ability to work in the second shift, starting at 11:00 AM CET or later
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to manage email deliverability and integration challenges
  • Experience in managing multilingual email campaigns and multi-channel marketing initiatives
