CLAIMS COORDINATOR

As a Claims Coordinator, you will be in close collaboration with our customers and internal supply chain team. You will be the face of our claims department, embracing our B2B customers located around the work by addressing their needs, help by providing pragmatic solutions to their requests and ensure a great customer experience. Internally you will play an important role, alongside your colleagues in Claims, acting proactively when you detect new tendencies and needs in the market.  You will do this by retrieving and structuring relevant info and sharing such with relevant stakeholders inside the Muuto organization.

We are looking for a Claims Coordinator who can independently and strengthen our daily operations.

Your responsibilities

  • Evaluating claims based on collected data

  • Raising orders and credit notes

  • Maintaining internal guidelines

  • Identifying claim related trends

  • Ad hoc administrative tasks

Your profile

  • You are ambitious and among the best in class

  • You can structure you work and prioritize tasks

  • You take great pride in being detail oriented and follow through with all your cases

  • You work independently and are solution oriented

  • You have a commercial mindset and can act empathetically towards customers

  • You are tech savvy and can learn new systems and IT platforms quickly

  • You are fluent in English (both written and oral)

  • Bonus if you are fluent in German, French and/or Danish.
