Role: Marketing Research Analyst

Work Arrangement: Work from Home

Location: Philippines-CS Everywhere

Schedule: Night shift


Job Description:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights within the mergers & acquisitions (M&A) space.
  • Analyze publically available websites to support business development initiatives and advisory recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive research reports that inform strategic business decisions.
  • Draft, customize, and manage business development emails and outreach letters tailored to C-Suite executives, introducing the company and its services.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to drive engagement with potential clients, including setting up appointments and meetings with Advisors.
  • Utilize HubSpot and LinkedIN to manage and track business development activities, email campaigns, and client communications.
  • Create visually compelling presentations in PowerPoint to support business development efforts, client proposals, and internal strategy discussions. (experience with Canva preferred)
  • Support marketing initiatives by developing marketing materials that highlight Company expertise, with a specific focus on the M&A sector.
  • Write a quarterly market report to support business development initiatives
  • Adjust the web site using basic WordPress skills (web design expertise is a plus)


Qualification and requirements:

  • Strong desire to conduct online research, write company descriptions in Hubspot, and building Powerpoint templates (Canva experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in HubSpot for managing marketing and sales processes, tracking leads, and executing email campaigns.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to draft customized business development emails for C-Suite audiences.
  • Expertise in PowerPoint (required) and Canva (preferred) for creating professional presentations and marketing materials.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Familiarity with the M&A landscape is a plus.
