The Senior Analyst, Applications Support will work on Concur Support and Administrator is accountable for accurate and on-time processing of reports from the Concur Travel & Expense (T&E) system to Oracle EBusiness. They are also responsible for maintaining all aspects of the online system, including but not limited to: user updates, business structure updates, billing information, etc. They will also maintain all processes involved with expense report review and approval ensuring compliance with Company policies.

The Senior Analyst will also interact with internal and external stakeholders, and service providers to ensure any integration projects (inbound and outbound) are completed to fruition. The successful candidate will have strong Concur support and implementation skills.
 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Analyze and provide resolution to day-to-day business issues raised through ticketing system. Maintains Concur users in the Concur T&E system by setting up new users, disabling terminated users, establishing usernames and passwords, and other user-specific information required to maintain employees in the system.

  • Responsible for all system administration functions including maintaining accurate system limits, branch/cost center relationships, audit rules, tax rates, form creation/update, general ledger relationships as well as all other system administration functions. Role also requires ability to implement expense reporting policy/procedure changes into the Concur system to ensure the system accurately reflects revised company policies.

  • Performs expense processor functions including consolidating expense reports in advance of payment by Treasury. This includes checking for errors/policy violations and verifying and identifying any discrepancies or delinquencies.

  • Responsible for interacting with all Concur users including upper levels of management to troubleshoot Concur issues with a range of low to high complexity.

  • Additionally, recommend continuous improvement ideas and assist in implementation as required; take personal responsibility for service excellence.

  • Perform data analysis based on Audit reporting.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Proficient use of Concur Expense System and Administrator/Configuration menus.

  • Proficient understanding of and hands-on skills working with Expenses and Reporting.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high transaction environment with strong organizational, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and to meet required deadlines.

  • Solid decision-making skills including ability to analyze impact of decisions before execution.

  • Remain compliant with our policies, processes, and legal guidelines.

  • Code expertly in your application while following team coding and testing standards.
     

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or closely related field of study.

  • Minimum of 5 - 9 years using Concur.

  • Must possess excellent financial and analytical skills.

  • Good to have knowledge on Oracle eBusiness Suite.

Language Skills:
