Overview
As a Recruiter, you play a critical role in talent acquisition for our organization. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Your expertise in identifying top talent and building strong relationships will contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Screen resumes and applications and conduct initial phone screenings
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Conduct in-person and virtual interviews and assess candidate qualifications
  • Manage candidate databases and applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Extend offers and negotiate employment terms
  • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships and provide a positive candidate experience
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential candidates
  • Participate in recruitment events and job fairs
  • Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
  • Provide regular recruitment metrics and reports to management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role
  • Experience with Excel and FMS .
  • Should have a working laptop and proper internet connection.
  • Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
  • Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making and negotiation skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR databases
  • Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms
  • Understanding of employer branding strategies
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Professional certification in HR, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, is a plus
  • Experience with diversity and inclusion recruiting initiatives is a plus
