Inviting applications for the role of Consultant, Microsoft Power Automate Developer
In this role, you will be developing robotic processes using Microsoft Power Automate
Responsibilities
- Incident Management for issues to be reported
- Troubleshoot the issue
- Perform RCA for recurring, high and critical severity incidents
- Update Knowledgebase and SOP as necessary
- Manage minor change requests/bugfix based on issue / incident prioritization
- Update incident management tool with required details
- Hands-on experience with UiPath
- Participate in daily/weekly status meetings as required
- Work on Change requests during idle time
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Applications
- Proven experience of RPA development.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate
- Knowledge of scripting languages Java Script
- Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders and external clients
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure Services
- Experience with .NET framework: C#
- Knowledge of scripting languages Java Script
- Experience in IT / ITSM project
- Hands-on experience on MS Power Platform (at least one project)
- MS Power Platform Certification
- Rotational shift – Morning, Afternoon, Night (night shifts will be on rotational basis)
- Work Location: Gurgaon (Badshahpur) or Hyderbad (Uppal)
- 100% from office (hybrid or remote working not allowed)
