Job Overview

We are on the lookout for an exceptional professional to join our esteemed team as a Customer Experience Specialist. This integral role is crucial in enhancing the communication and collaboration between our valued customers, operations, and sales departments. Your primary objective will be to enrich the customer journey, facilitate the renewal of annual food service agreements, and uphold our esteemed reputation within the Greek House food service industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead and refine the Customer Experience process to fortify customer contracts, relationships, and overall satisfaction.
  • Offer constructive insights and innovative solutions to elevate the Customer Experience.
  • Engage proactively with key customer stakeholders to understand their requirements and navigate any challenges, ensuring commitments to customer satisfaction are met through assorted communication channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, HR, and Finance, to address and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Maintain and accurately report the forecast of renewals within your designated territory.
  • Negotiate and finalize renewal agreements that satisfy both customer expectations and our organization's financial goals.
  • Identify potential for upselling, fostering additional growth among customers.
  • Partner with sales and operations teams to retain customers at risk of attrition.
  • Analyze agreements and compute new billing rates for service modifications or quantity adjustments.
  • Assist in organizing Special Events, Pre Semester Service, and Summer Camps as required.
  • Achieve account retention targets through the renewal of annual client contracts.
  • Participate in trade shows, conventions, and conferences as necessary.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in database management utilizing CRM systems.
  • Exceptional interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in email communications, Microsoft Suite, Google Workplace, Zoom, Excel, and Calendar.
  • Experience with database management is essential.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in college-level mathematics and algebra is preferred.
  • A minimum of two years’ experience as an Account Manager or in a Customer Service role.
  • At least two years of outside sales experience is preferred.
  • Experience within the food service industry is advantageous for understanding client needs.
  • An Associate's Degree is required, while a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
