Operations Coordinator - Remote | WFH

Job Overview

Join our esteemed organization dedicated to supporting veterans and their families across New England as an Operations Coordinator. This pivotal role offers a unique chance to contribute to our mission while being part of a team that values collaboration and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

As an Operations Coordinator, you will be integral to our Operations Team, undertaking a variety of essential tasks, including:

  • Preparing the organization for agency inspections
  • Maintaining and updating facility guides, policies, and standard operating procedures
  • Participating in quarterly site visits to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
  • Managing relationships with vendors, leases, and contracts
  • Acting as a liaison for external vendors and contractors, coordinating quarterly meetings
  • Overseeing the inventory of cleaning and emergency supplies for facilities
  • Providing administrative support to the Operations Team, including meeting coordination and reporting
  • Assisting in the setup of facilities for meetings, classrooms, and events
  • Collaborating with Facilities and Maintenance, as well as the IT Team, on various projects and tasks
  • Facilitating smooth communication across departments to ensure operational harmony
  • Completing other duties and special projects as assigned

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal proficiency
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in vendor management and compliance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software tools

Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a trade program certification is advantageous
  • OSHA 10 Certification is preferred
  • Ability to pass a CORI background record check
