Description:

You will be giving technical support to our USA customers, remotely from Puebla (Mexico).

Daily duties of the team:

  • Respond to customer requests via email, chat and video call.
  • Manage these requests and resolve them as soon as possible or pass the report on to the technical team for resolution.
  • Follow up on incidents and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Once your knowledge of the product is more advanced: upgrade plans, post sales, module activation.
  • Support the team in other markets as needed.
  • Translation of online support for new launches (on demand).
  • Support at customer events in the market.
  • Support in market development and system adaptation.
