Your mission:

Take femtasy’s email automations and campaigns to the next level through smart automation, segmentation and personalisation. Your primary goal is to generate highly-converting multi-step user journeys for subscribers of different origin and intent level. You will be measured against standard email related KPIs (such as open and click-through rates) as well as the revenues coming via the email channel. You report directly to the CMO.

Your responsibilities

  • Email automations: you are responsible for the implementation and optimisation of automated email journeys, audience segmentation and content tailoring for different stages of the user intent funnel (primary focus: acquisition; secondary focus: retention) in consideration of (but not limited to) entry points, value prop / content affinity and conversion types
  • Email campaign management: you work closely with in-house copywriters and designers to create high-converting seasonal campaign email communications, in collaboration with other campaign stakeholders within Product, Marketing and Audio
  • Analysis and optimisation: you frequently analyse and optimise and AB test email campaigns and automations based on iterative learnings (such as user behaviours and content clusters) and best practices. You own reporting for the email channel and work closely with Tech and BI to ensure data accuracy and reporting dashboard requirements are met.
  • Cross-team knowledge exchange: you share your channel learnings with stakeholders across Product, Marketing and Audio. You are the voice for the femtasy email user and provide suggestions to other channels in terms of behaviours. You deeply understand the femtasy user types and proactively suggest improvements for their holistic experience.

  • User-centric: you understand user psychology and behaviours and you’re able to create user journeys within email matching purchase intent / user type with business needs
  • Data-driven: you’re able to interpret data in order to find patterns, tell stories and create optimisations based on numerical insight. You have stellar attention to detail.
  • Structured thinker: you thrive on creating logical multi-step conversion processes; you’re able to create (automated) conversion paths by smart segmentation and personalisation
  • Growth mindset: you see opportunities for constant optimisation within the email field and holistically within the full user journey from entry point to landing page and conversion. You’re both hands on and strategic.


Role specific requirements

  • Min. 2 years within CRM specifically. Experience in Product / UX/ Growth / BI is a plus
  • Experience in subscription businesses is a big plus
  • Fluent in English. German and/or French is a plus
