Reporting into the Senior Manager Transformation for Unified Services, Allianz Australia have an incredible opportunity for a Transformation Manager to join our Enterprise Transformation team. This role will see you work closely with our Finance Divisions and act as a Product Owner to define and prioritise the business requirements across the new end to end value chain to delivery improved outcomes for customers, employees and our partners. You will ensure that new products, processes and applications are implemented and embedded successfully in the organisation.
You'll be responsible for
- Accountable for capturing the needs to deliver improved outcomes for customer experience, front line experience and business efficiency and effectiveness.
- Represent the business's view and is empowered to make aligned decisions to provide the product vision and delivery of early value.
- Provides updates and creates transparency towards stakeholders on the plan and progress of the Squads.
- Knows the product, steers the consistency of the product lifecycle management, and prioritises consistently.
- Ensures the Product backlog items are visible and understood.
- Promotes the agile values, principles, and ways of working.
- Ensure compliance with Allianz Australian Limited (AAL) project governance structures and other applicable internal and external risk, audit, and compliance frameworks.
About you
- Demonstrated distribution and/or finance and/or transformation delivery experience for a complex, matrixed financial services/general insurance organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Demonstrated in-depth understanding of strategy development and or working with multiple teams to align strategy with organisational vision and translating vision to action to achieve desired results.
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of governance requirements and frameworks.
- Proven analytical and critical thinking abilities to facilitate the evaluation of complex and detailed data in the development and management of a range of insurance products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity,
